Responsible for re-development of the enterprise-wide legacy wine production software system for web and mobile. The Bulk Information Management System (BIMS) is a comprehensive system of modules and applications that manage all phases of wine production from the vine to the bottle, including market planning and outside grower contracts. Responsible for managing the 6-year project plan, annual capital budget and team of developers.

Responsible for the Analysis, Design, Programming and Support of various modules within the Enterprise Wine Production Software (BIMS)

As proprietary owner of RAM Consulting, I supported several dozen clients in their Information Technology requirements. This included a vast array of services such as system implementation and configuration, software support and custom modifications, project management of multi-phase ERP system implementations as well as system planning, security and contingency planning. My client base represented many industries including wineries, industrial equipment and supplies, auto parts, lumber and medical supplies. Most of the work was performed by me personally, but I also employed a number of sub-contractors for targeted projects and services outside my scope of expertise.

Responsible for managing the software development and client support of the company's commercial Wine Information Management System (WIMS). I led a team of developers and managed new client implementation projects as well as managing the support of approximately 30 established winery clients.
