★ Provided leadership and managed all “Front of House" staff, including Ushers, Ticket Takers, Security, Police, Fire, and Medical Staff. Oversaw a vast array of events including Concerts, Sporting Events (hockey, basketball, and football), Corporate Functions, and many Outdoor Events. • Served as Guest Services Manager for the new 20,000 seat USANA Amphitheatre. Responsible for all “Front of House" staff, including Fire, Police, Ushers, Ticket Takers, hiring, training, and scheduling event staff. • Contract Administrator - University of Utah Events: Provide staffing for the University of Utah Football, Sundance Film Festival, Outdoor Retailers, Miller Motor Sports Park, and many other special events. • Event Manager for The Great Western Ribfest '99 and 2000. Oversaw the entire Operation of Ribfest. Including Rib Vendors, Musical Entertainment, Marketing, Advertising, and Logistics. Attendance tripled from 1999 to 2000. • Responsible for Crowd Management and medical emergencies (CPR and Defibrillator trained), and the hiring, training, and scheduling of event staff. • Managed the parking operation for The Maverik Center. • Responsible for scheduling, including police and reconciliation for every event.
