I handled the day to day interaction with vendors, subcontractors and employees. I was in control of all progress records and did most of the cost analysis for our projects, including materials acquisition and ordering. I handled the interactions with various government agencies and handled compliance issues.

Achieved Top Producer Ranking consistently and built one of the top producing teams in Polk County, three straight years in a row. I developed with my wife a huge bank owned repossession service practice, where we worked with our vendors, bank service companies, other real estate companies and the public to create a profitable operation. I trained all the team members, including the current owner. This project was taken from zero listings in 2000 to consistently 50+ by 2003. Very high standard for the industry.
