Dr. Randy McLeod is completing thirty years as a Professor of Business at Harding University. In addition to his academic responsibilities at Harding University he is currently President of Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society (SBD). SBD represents over 450 Colleges and Universities and has inducted over 100,000 students. He also is on the Board of Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society.Dr. McLeod has a long history of leadership roles in numerous non-profit organizations including Dean of the College of Business for Harding University, President of the Searcy Rotary Club, President of Sales and Marketing Directors of Arkansas, Chairman of the Searcy Airport Commission, Board member and Secretary of the 17th Judicial Drug Task Force, Governors Prison Facilities Board.During his tenure as Dean of the College of Business, the business student body doubled in size and he added the MBA and Health Care Management degrees. Harding business students won four National Business championships under the direction of McLeod.Individually, has been selected for the College of Business Outstanding Teacher Award on two occasions, College of Business Outstanding Service Award, Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International and "Male Actor of the Year" for Center on the Square. Dr. McLeod has spoken to numerous businesses and organizations around the country and In Europe and Asia.McLeod's most outstanding service is to his wife, Teresa, their five adult children, and eleven exceptional grand-children - who love their "Papaw!"
