I designed and implemented the division’s Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance, auditing, and reporting, and merged 3 operating divisions into 1 to save the company $3M+/annually. I led the negotiation of an inventory buyback agreement with a major supplier to save the company $1.3M. I also negotiated advantageous loan terms on behalf of a major supplier with no disruption in product flow (enabling the supplier to emerge from bankruptcy).
