About Randy Meyer

Randy Meyer is a Certified Public Accountant (retired) and serves as the company's Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for all enterprise accounting functions, compliance, finance, banking relationships, and treasury and risk management. Additionally, he has been intimately involved with a multitude of acquisitions and dispositions of hotel properties. Over the past 10 years he has developed an expertise in CMBS and traditional bank financing as well as completed numerous private placements in conjunction with The Hotel Group Opportunity Funds raising over$180MM in debt and equity.He has served on numerous occasions as an expert witness in dispute resolution proceedings involving the hospitality industry, and has acted as a court-appointed receiver. Mr. Meyer currently serves as an advisor to the Washington State Hospitality Workers Compensation Retro Steering Committee and Finance Committee.The Hotel Group is a nationally recognized hotel company that currently manages and/or owns 20 properties. Our portfolio has a combined asset value of $700 million and we count Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International and IHG among our franchise partners. Since its inception in 1984, THG has managed more than 125 properties in 20 states and completed the acquisition of more than $185 million in private investment as the sponsor of Hotel Group Opportunity Funds I, II, III, IV and affiliate offerings.
