I have been working in healthcare and finance for over 20 years. The past 9 of that has been in the role of analyst. My main duties have included: provider file maintenance, data and report management, maintaining fee schedules and pricing, and new department build. I have experience in both front end and backend healthcare operations. I taught several onboarding classes for new employees such as, customer service, revenue cycle, and safety.I feel my strengths are communication, critical thinking and problem solving, and a drive to create the best possible outcome in any project. My years of experience in the workforce would be a valuable asset to any team.
