Overall strategic planning, supervision and new business development for the Asset Services Division of Coldwell Banker Commercial Intermountain. Includes over 6 million square feet of commercial property throughout the Intermountain West and Alaska. Provides both advisory and management services to institutional and regional investors/owners.

Co-managed the entire firm of brokerage and all divisions of the regional corporate office of CBC NRT, a wholly owned subsidiary of Realogy (a Fortune 500 firm). Opened offices in Southern Utah, Anchorage, Boise and Pocatello. Awarded the #1 firm globally for all CBC affiliates all four years.

Managed the Salt Lake City office of JLL/COMPASS and supervised operations and leasing of 2.5 million sf. Promoted to Senior Vice President and became the Executive Director of Management Services for the South America office, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Provided overall leadership and new business growth of 15 million sf portfolio, including assignments with Citibank (6 countries) and HSBC Bank (Argentina). Relocated to Atlanta to become the Senior Regional Officer of Operations for the 12 state region of Corporate Property Services and over 275 employees in facility strategy/operationst, engineering and administration.
