Approximate annual budget: $15 million• Responsible for 45+ resources focused on the architecture, operations and stabilization of PwC-US infrastructure.• Consolidated two data centers that included more than 300 servers.• Primary contact for managing IBM vendor relations/escalations.• Defined and implemented the infrastructure requirements associated with multiple spin-offs.

• Led a global development team responsible for building tools to merge the legacy Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand infrastructures. Team consisted of developers representing both legacy Firms from the US, UK, Australia, Germany, Canada, Netherlands, South Africa and Denmark.• Partnered with IBM in the analysis and design of complex, high-risk tools and processes.• Led pilot country implementations in EMEA and subsequent US Line of Service implementations.
