I led the development of metal halide perovskites for efficient on-chip electro-optic (EO) modulation, in collaboration with a major Chinese telecommunications company. I designed the optical characterization setups for testing the EO effect, as well as second harmonic generation. I fabricated EO devices and optimized the process flow for material poling.
