Develop planning and control methods/procedures for all stock keeping locations. Current locations are focused around two central locations, utilizing GIM (Global Inventory Management) and 32 branch sales operations.  Develop and document inventory control processes in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.  Establish guidelines for stock levels and status decisions, including E&O inventory. Train field staff and audit to ensure compliance. Develop and communicate inventory management policies and procedures. Document and ensure system-wide user training and understanding is accomplished. Manage the use of the GIM analysis and planning system, and the interface with the ERP system. Integrate ERP for Inventory Management. Plan support production schedule;  Implement, lead and track performance of the S&OP process for North America; coordinate inventory control activities with other company functions impacting inventory control problems and develop solutions to maintain targeted inventory accuracy. Manage Central Distribution Centers local sales branch inventory use for North America; develop and maintain replenishment guidelines, targeted stock levels for al inventoried items at all stock keeping locations. Direct order fulfillment activities to optimize inventory.

Randy will be responsible for the Sales Support team in Springfield to assist the Konecranes Service front lines for Konecranes Equipment sales and regional second level support. In conjunction with these duties, Randy will be responsible for business development through coordination with the platform teams and the front lines for product introductions, product changes and sales tools.
