Randy has collaborated with more than a dozen fire departments, helping them achieve International Accreditation, develop comprehensive Community Risk Assessments and Standards of Cover, and improve ISO Class ratings—many reaching the prestigious Class 1.Randy holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science Management.
