2001- Present Primarily on-location training with mission teams in Africa. From 2003-2010 that included visiting remote mission teams & rural church planters. Most work now is virtual building off of what was established on the ground face to face when we served workshops & teams for: Missionary Care Foundations Course; Trauma Response Workshop, Biblical Financial Management, Support Raising, Writing Effective Newsletters. Training is also customized for both cultural and individual team needs.Guest instructor for University of the Nations courses: DTS, and SOFM (School of Frontier Missions). Currently consulting with various YWAM teams and trainers, especially in areas of missionary member care, missions strategies, and trans-cultural relationships.

Pioneered the work of Youth With A Mission, Zambia. Summary: Primarily missions awareness and mobilization throughout churches in Zambia, Networking with other missions leaders, Facilitating the way for YWAM missionaries to develop their ministries, Radio program, Events organization: Marches for Jesus, Go Festivals, large and small multi-church evangelistic events. Lead AD2000 & Beyond tracks for Missions Mobilization and for Prayer. Guest instructor for missions training at several institutions.

Instructor: Discipleship Training School (DTS), School of Cross-Cultural Evangelism (SCCE)Assisted Zimbabwean church planters.

Included all phases of pre-press, darkroom, scheduling, sales, and customer relations.
