Supervise operations at the Dallas / Midlothian Agg Terminals.

As a Plant Operator I serve in a secondary leadership support capacity, to the Plant Manager. Primary functions are to safely support daily production operations and delivery needs of mutiple Ready Mix facilities. - Efficiently operates batching facilites and maintains maximum production levels. - Participate in the selection, training, evaluation, progressive discipline, and discharge of personnel. - Responsible for backup supervision of production personnel. - Conduct safety meetings and plant safety and / or eviromental inspections. - Orders and maintains an excellent personal safety record and a clean/safe work evironment. - Works on problem prevention related to mechanical failure, customer service, quality, and safety. - Coordinates efforts with sales, production, accounting, and maintenance deptartments to ensure safe and timely deliveries to meet customers satisfaction. - Maintains material inventories, orders material and documents receipts and usage through command interface. - Diagnose and assist in trouble-shooting when production process is interrupted. - Ability to perform QA / QC testing. - Oversees general apperance and security of grounds, bulidings, equipment and machinery. - Knowledge of incident reporting procedures, I-procurement, time card management, and able to follow best management practices.

May 2002 thru December 2006 Ready Mix Operator at the NTRM- Richardson ready mix plant. During this time I delivered concrete to jobsite safely, I help train new drivers and help them prepare for their CDL road test and I was the back up recycle truck driver for the NTRM Richardson Plant. January 2007 thur October 2011 Batched, assisted maintence dept on the plant maintence and ran front end loader at multiple NTRM plants in the Metroplex. In 2008 I was promoted and took the role of a Plant Operator at the NTRM - Richardson Ready Mix Plant.
