Accountable for the proactive operational performance analysis, development of insights, and generation of improvement recommendations to enable effective performance management of Global Operations Organization (GOO).Participates in the data and analytics value chain, proactively using all GOO related data to generate Management Information, performance insights, and improvement recommendations (including HSE, Production, Cost and People aspects of the Function).Drives the GOO Business Cadence.Integrates with Functions and Sub‐functions to drive demonstrable conformance of requirements in the Performance related Practices.Drives the Operating Management System (OMS) Performance Improvement Cycle to develop insights on the health and performance of OMS in order to close identified gaps and improve the sustainability of OMS.Facilitates the integration of Safety & Operational Risk Assurance, Group Audit, and GOO Self‐Verification and turning the data into insights and performance improvement recommendations.
