Key Qualifications•Responsible for multiple vacuum equipment sputtering tools, ion beam and PVD.•Utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, to diagnose root causes, and to make reliable improvement recommendations•Implement equipment improvements, including thorough documentation and provide training.•Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians, communicating effectively for continuous improvement of process & procedures•Create and update preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.•Organize in setting up and maintaining spare parts inventory as well as other systems that pertains to engineering and maintenance.•Coordinate installation and characterization of new equipment and processes as well as writing specifications/procedures, performing projects and other tasks as assigned•Experience with vacuum leak detection with the use of Varian, Leybold and Pfieffer leak detectors and Spectra MKS RGA systems.
