Responsibilities:• Acted as a liaison between Payroll, IT, Benefits and HRIS.• Diligent and detail-oriented in processing of the Onboarding process for New hires• Assist the HRIS director and Business Partners with additional HR Support/projects as needed. • Process and document all adjustments involving staff, including: promotions pay increases, data updates, and terminations. Was on the development team for the new Cornerstone employee performance project, providing feedback and suggestions for better end user experience, became the support for end users for the worldwide rollout.

Contracted to Amgen, working with Hewlett Packard as an Installation Technician, completing new employee Installs and performing system hardware refreshes.New installations included computers as well as PDA's. I configured Operating Systems, network configurations, email . printing and shared drives.Computer refresh installs included backing up existing data, Outlook files and mapped network drives. Installing new computer systems, retransferring client data, configuring Outlook, pst, pab and additional mailbox's, reinstalling all applications and reconfiguring SNMP, Admin rights, mapping network drives, and peripherals. Assisting Deskside Services for tier one Customer service help desk calls.

At Xircom/Intel I was responsible for testing and releasing new Wired and Wireless Networking products. Position Included testing, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software under various Microsoft Windows OS versions. Documenting product problems and working with developers to validate problem resolutions. Developing and updating test plans and procedures while supervising multiple test crews. Provided summary reports to provide detailed product test results to Product Management and Engineering using MS excel, MS word, PowerPoint and problem reporting databases.
