Leadership position directly reported to Wellpath's Chief Information Officer, responsible for the oversight and delivery of the financial aspects within the organization's IT Department.Responsibilities included:- Building an annual zero base budget for company-wide IT OpEx and IT CapEx spends; including a forecasts and internally tracked actuals to budget and to financial reports throughout the fiscal year. - Managed company-wide IT Procurement Dept which facilitated all IT Equipment and Software purchasing activities, including the sourcing and execution of telecommunication agreements for 450+ remote facilities in 47 states spread out across America. - Reviewed and approved company-wide IT expenses and validated spends according to budget and contracts. - Managing, updating and tracking company-wide IT Assets. Developed IT Asset Tracking System and Procedures.- Delivering IT Resource Allocation for reporting Pass Through and CapEx Internal Labor Costs.

Designs, develops and implements revenue cycle financial reports for use by executive management at Parallon and client organizations. Designs and develops analyses to solve complex operational, financial and/or accounting problems. Assists the Senior Manager of Financial Analysis with developing and maintaining reporting tools necessary to support Parallon operations, including the development of tools to effectively measure financial and operational performance. Work closely with Parallon Executive Management to research, analyze, and explain operational trends and results.
