Complete construction responsibility for large-scale industrial, tilt-up concrete construction projects and all site infrastructure. Executed projects on a national basis out of Colorado. Responsibilities included; due diligence analysis, preliminary estimating to final budgeting and scheduling; negotiation and execution of contracts for architects, engineers, consultants and contractors to prosecute the work; site and building design oversight and working with the architects and engineers to refine and finalize the construction and civil engineering drawings. Responsible for procuring planning approvals and required building permits. Director in charge of all field construction including the management and direction of contractors as well as supervising sub-contractors and tradesmen to complete projects on schedule and on budget for both the shell building and all tenant fit-out.
