For PNM's Generation Business Unit, managed/led project teams executing on the following major initiatives:- Acquisitions and divestitures of major Utility assets- Managing internal legal teams along with external stakeholder legal teams to meet contractual and regulatory requirements- Led Fuels and Water groups by developing and executing strategies to secure long term fuel supplies and sustain current water leases for PNM's Generation sites- Successfully managed major Fuels contracts in support of PNM's Generation sites- Managed internal O&M and Capital budgets enabling PNM to achieve its goals.- Managed technical compliance and training group and implemented PNM's integrated Learning Management Systems- Led Generation's regulatory activities including developing testimony for rate cases, new generation sites, and responding to the subsequent interrogatory requests.
