I compile all schedules and lesson plans for the NRA Basic Pistol Courses, along with all the lesson plans for IL Concealed Carry Course.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing support in applying theory and developing specialized languages for information technologies. They also support the design of programming tools and knowledge-based systems, to ensure the operational availability of the Scott AFB IBDSS Flightline Security Enhancement System.

Conducted evaluations of Security Forces equipment and emerging technology programs for performance, supportability and application against various mission areas as well as provide recommended technical solutions to the government. Provided collective AT/FP and Security Forces program objective support, including analytic, development, production and sustainment of activities concerning AMC Security Forces technologies. Assisted in the development of programs, strategies, plans, and agreements. This includes assistance in the identification and analysis of program risks and issues, and providing recommendations and courses of action for possible resolution in the AMC Integrated Base Defense (IBD) and Physical Security programs. Provided recommended solutions for program management support functions that may include, but are not limited to, review and evaluation of various AT/FP, IBD and Standard System Security training, support and execution program plans. Analyzed, tracked and recommended to key management, indicators or metrics, to assess each functional area in the execution of program requirements and recommend ways to improve, as necessary, for all functional execution efforts. Assisted in formulating, coordinating and developing justification for the acquisition of needed AT/FP capability improvements ranging from individual/personal equipment, to full sensor detection and facility upgrades in support of AMC and Air Force mission objectives.

Instructor certified for Firearms, OCAT pepper spray and expandable baton and defensive tactics. Supervised 22 security officers working for the company. Certified all security officers were in the use of OCAT pepper spray, Monadnock Expandable Baton and Monadnock Defensive Tactics System, which includes handcuffing. Certified all personnel identified to be armed, by the owners, while on duty. In charge of scheduling officers, ensuring all shifts was covered with appropriate level of security. Conducted site survey/risk assessments for all new job sites. Liaison between the clients and the owners of our company. Handled all communications with clients about our personnel and capabilities. Responsible for reviewing all contracts to ensure that all security portions of the Performance of Work Statement had been satisfied. Responsible for conducting an initial interview for prospective employees.

Responsible for ensuring that over 2500 personnel annually were scheduled and qualified with the appropriate weapons system for deployment, permanent change of station, or for their job position. Ensured scheduling for over 16 Tenant Units (on Scott AFB), and 23 Geographically Separated Units for weapons inspections. Ensured over 10,000 different weapons assigned for inspection under the 375th CATM were 100 percent ready for combat. Reported directly to the Commander of Security Forces, concerning matters of ammunition, weapon malfunctions and customer feedbacks for every class taught. Supervised, managed and mentored a nine person section. Responsible for all updates to Technical Orders, concerning 17 different weapon systems on Scott AFB and their appropriate ammunition. Emergency Safety Updates had to be completed within 48 hours of receipt of message, due to them being classified as “Life Threatening”. Provided annual Performance Reports to subordinates, included rating them on their job knowledge, physical appearance, on and off duty conduct, job completion, mentoring ability and writing and speaking skills. Coordinated and supervised the renovation of the Scott AFB firing range at a cost of over $560,000.
