During a six-year tenure in R&D management, managed four different software development organizations ranging in size from 15 – 50 software development professionals. Along with a great deal of work in-country to establish operations, highlights of this initiative include: driving international contract negotiations and business agreements, working through international HR concerns and aligning numerous internal organizations to provide support functions.
