Responsible for handling property damage related claims for a transportation company. My work included investigation of claims for liability determination, reviewing estimate, supplements and handling Subrogation Demands and Arbitration files.

Insurance Adjuster

I worked with Paris Walker at Qwest Communications. I was a Sales coach and his position as a Revenue Generation Manager was to supervise and support the Sales Coaches in regards to achieving our Sales goals as a team as well as increase the total revenue of the branch.With Paris as the Revenue Generation manager, the branch went from last in the region to 1st or 2nd. We were consistently 18th, but with the new team in place along with Paris' guidance and support, the team was ranked 1st or 2nd for the18 months or so that the team was together.
