Provide daily assessment and reporting on the processes that provide for a safe and functional environment for clientele and employees with comprehensive knowledge of healthcare facilities safety, construction, maintenance and operational requirements based on codes and standards set forth by governing bodies having jurisdiction.• Schedule and coordinate the completion of third party inspections and maintenance of the life safety systems such as fire suppression, fire alarm, fire door, emergency power, grease trap and medical gas systems.• Rewiew safety policies and standard operating procedures to meet all requirements dictated by jurisdictional authorities such as OSHA and the Department of Environmental Protection• Comply and maintain current Safety Data Sheet inventory and compliance log books for Joint Commission Standards.

Layout and construct micro hospitals, surgical centers and medical office buildings. Perform contract and terms and conditions negotiations with all general and sub contractors. Design entire water withdrawal systems for the gas and oil field industries using AutoCAD and Solidworks. Purchase all components and materials and pay all invoices for both in-house fabrication and field construction purposes and perform quality inspections on all outgoing completed portions of each project. Spec and quote pumps, pumping packages and rotating equipment for customer’s industrial and sanitary applications based on operating requirements and system calculations to determine proper components. Assist outside sales personnel with technical support and system questions.• Attend pre-construction meetings with outside engineering firms and energy companies to determine the design and construction of pumping systems and coordinate construction activities between subcontractors to assure all phases of construction remain within deadlines to prevent delays.• Develop budgets and costing for projects and prepare technical proposals which include the design and scope of work, management plans, work sequence, quality control and commissioning.• Schedule and track all site work including excavation, electrical and security installation, piping weldment and fusion, piping pressure testing, road boring and site power distribution. Coordinate delivery of components to match construction activities. • Create and maintain all fabrication/construction drawings and bills of materials.• Standardize components used in all pumping packages in order to maintain consistency, repeatability and reliability while reducing inventory costs and increasing ease of field maintenance of wear items and simplifying testing procedures for recertification of calibrated devices.
