StreetSmart247 is a software product designed for use by Police Departments (PD) to access crime data in real-time. StreetSmart247 imports the data created during 911 calls. This information becomes available to law enforcement officers in real-time while out on patrol and responding to calls. This data represents critical, situational awareness which could become lifesaving.StreetSmart247 was developed in .NET and is a multi-tenant cloud architecture operating in Azure.gov.Implementation Engineer• In a Professional Services role, I worked closely with customer’s IT team, sworn officers and leaders of the PD. My role was to analyze the requirements, then setup and configure their secured Azure.gov tenant so that the data, and the web pages aligned with the department’s overall enforcement goals. • Worked with the PD’s IT team to analyze existing databases and write scripts to extract, transform and load data into StreetSmart247.• Serviced 20+ PD’s throughout the country.Scrum Master, 2020 to 2021• As Scrum Leader, I groomed the product backlog, prioritized and scheduled monthly releases of new features and repairs. Lead daily scrum meetings working with software engineers to improve the product.
