I love change, the bigger the change the better. I am uncomfortable with day to day operations, just making it through the day. I help people to experience positive change, by applying timeless manufacturing/business principles and eliminate the anxiety. My mode of delivery to make these changes is through rapid improvement events, the essence of change is PDCA/DMAIC thinking. In a very short time this hands on approach creates a shared culture of continuous improvement, leadership alignment and feeling of accomplishment and belonging. Positivity and celebrating successes is contagious. Working along side, and teaching teams how to align daily work to a passionate vision, shared strategy, standardize workflows, minimize process variables, measure and improve their performance seen in their daily-annual KPI's is my strength. Implementing lean and six sigma principles, provides the tools employees need to achieve desired goals and experience repeated success. Leadership is creating a shared vision, tactical strategy, improving systems that deliver value, developing people at every level, and building a team that cannot wait to share their improvements with you.
