With over 25 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry, I am a problem solver and a relationship builder for customers in retail, educational, and hospital environments. I have managed contracts in four states, overseeing as many as 100+ employees at a time and delivering quality services that range from monthly to multiple daily cleans.Since February 2022, I have expanded my duties into the restoration field as a National Account Coordinator at SERVPRO Team Dobson, a name brand company that is second to none in meeting and exceeding customer needs. I am certified in water damage restoration by the IICRC, and I have completed the commercial sales mastercourse by Floodlight Consulting Group. I have also developed new business opportunities and key account management skills that have enabled me to grow and retain long-term contracts with clients.
