I have 13 years of field service experience working on office equipment (fax, copier and HP printers) and 10 years working in R&D as a Development Engineer redeveloping existing product lines. I have experience in the repair and maintenance of digital, analog electrical and mechanical systems. I have experience working with lasers systems. I have extensive experience supporting customer concerns including communicating root cause, corrective action that need to be performed, and when I will be returning to complete the repair if required.
