I held many roles within my 20 years of experience at TD Synnex. All 20 years were within the Supply Chain / Operations area of the business, but I worked across many areas. Roles held are below with a brief description of duties.1). Business Consultant - Responsible from Idea, through completion of implementation of projects for new system / tools for Supply Chain.2). SAP IBP Analyst / Consultant - Responsible for implementing SAP IBP for all North America and later to other regions. Analyzing how teams and customers use their current Supply Chain tools. Gathering business requirements through implementation and training into SAP IBP. Responsible for continuous improvements to meet company goals and objectives for Supply Chain.3). Supply Chain Project Management - Responsible for managing ideas to completion for Supply Chain for continuous improvements. This included process improvements, employee ideas, company goals and objectives.4). JDA SME - Responsible for maintaining JDA Tool for Supply Chain. Ensuring all processes in JDA are set up and working correctly daily. Running analytics and reports and providing key areas for improvement to Supply Chain Managers and Sales. Training new team members on JDA and how it works with our MRP tool in SAP and customer allocation tools that connect.5). Planning / Procurement - Responsible for planning / procurement for all Materials needed for both pick, pack, and ship products as well as complex integrated builds for many Vendors (EMC, Net App, Aruba, Brocade, HP, Cisco) in both North America and Canada. Worked with Customers and Vendors daily on special pricing, needs for inventory, special buy promotions, etc.6). RMA Supervisor - Managed all complaints for Customer Returns or defects for North America for all warehouses. Managed employees, including daily activities, payroll, reviews, etc.
