Over 15 years of cross industry sales and experiences, in both public and private sectors, I have been the model of surpassing expectations of the company and the customer. While growing opportunities for sales through prospecting I am also motivated to enhance customer satisfaction and experience. Using these interactions to offer new solutions and advise of changes to current agreements, plans or programs I deliver need based solutions. I find that presenting mutually beneficial options and explanations help to ensure that our company is successful in increasing our revenue and market share. Through new positions I have also culled merchandising and pricing strategy skills that are key to consumer product sales. Through my years of achieving beyond standard I have had the chance to raise others to the next level by sharing with them the skills and attitudes necessary to be successful. Being a leader has been an attribute my managers and directors have quickly zoned in on with intentions of raising my responsibilities and opportunities. This is an area I particularly enjoy as I am able to create more members of the company who will support it's needs and provide us all a more productive team environment. Finally as a piece of my experiences I have developed increasing use of inventory systems, point of purchase interfaces, service and sales portals, and other specialized applications. I am quick to learn these systems, sparing time with excessive training.
