This includes development of key acquisition/contracting documents, technical evaluation of Prime Contractor proposals, Fee plan development, Fee determination, provide risk management expertise, tracking Prime Contractor performance and schedule through the Earned Value Management (EVM) system. Additionally, I provide Data and Configuration Management oversight, and support to higher Divisional staff, Headquarters staff, Program Executive Officer (PEO) staff and Air Staff for milestone reviews, briefings and other acquisition/contracting activities for successful program execution.
