Thrilled to be appointed to this position for District 1. My goal is to continue the work previously done within the District and grow membership. We will also expand the general understanding from all Legion Posts in our 5 county District, stressing the importance of having an SAL squadron.

I am humbled to have been elected to the position of State Secretary for this amazing group! My term is 2 years and it will no doubt keep me busy as I also hold the Vice President position for District 1. The ALRA of Wisconsin does a tremendous amount for a variety of veteran causes and I’m proud to serve with them as an SAL family member.

It was with great pleasure that I recently accepted the nomination to become the American Legion Riders, District 1, Vice President. (Effective 9/19/20) I’m humbled by the confidence these men and women have placed in me and remain committed to doing what I can to carry the torch that leads to a strong and fruitful American Legion Riders family. American Legion was founded on Four Pillars: Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation, National Security, Americanism, and Children & Youth. Each of these pillars encompasses a variety of programs that benefit our nation’s veterans, its service members, their families, the youth of America and ordinary citizens.

From these interactions, students become more aware of how leaders utilize the talents of their associates and capitalize on the skills each brings to the table. With this knowledge, students of the Leadership Walworth experience become more valuable to their employers and position themselves for increasing responsibilities and opportunities. In addition, throughout the 9 classroom meetings, students will meet and interact with County Government officials and leaders in business which will expand their network of professional contacts throughout Walworth County and provide a never ending flow of support and encouragement for years to come. I worked closely with the Viper Ride since it's inception and am very grateful to have been appointed a Board Member in this organization. My efforts, combined with many others, result in creating a lasting memory for Veterans and their families as we honor their service and provide a fun filled day of motorcycle related activities. Elected to represent roughly 9200 citizens in District 1, Walworth County, Wisconsin. I serve on the Public Works Committee, Human Resources Committee and Walworth County Zoning. I have also been appointed as Walworth Counties representative to the Lake Beulah Management District Board.

I was appointed to the Village Plan Commission in 2001, Elected to the Village Board of Trustees in 2004. In 2010 became Chair of the Airport Advisory Committee and Elected President of the Board of Trustees in 2013.

My primary goal was to introduce Mondo Rubber to the commercial customer, specifically healthcare and education. We accomplished this task via our internal network of Regional Managers throughout the Midwest.

Manage all aspects of sales for the commercial line of Gerflor products. We accomplished this through a network of company sales staff as well as a network of independent sales agents all across the United States. Training the Architectural and Design community, in addition to supporting sales personnel at all levels was key, while educating the customers about the proper use of product.

I managed all aspects of sales within a 9 state territory by training and educating independent sales partners, architect/design firms and end users. This effort resulted in growth just over 283% in my time here.

Hired as first sales person to develop a sales team following separation from a lcoal distributor. I assisted in the hiring of two additional team members who specialized in A&D and Dealer relations. Having no category boundaries, I handled all business in Chicago and Wisconsin as needs were realized and support was needed.

Beginning as a Regional Sales Manager, then becoming our National Healthcare Manager, I excelled with our primary product and broke sales records for 3 years in a row.This was accomplished by training and educating the specifier community as well as end users and sales partners to the benefits of this unique product. The company left the USA market which forced all staff to find other employment.

Sold furniture, flooring, interior construction and design to healthcare customers.
