Focus areas include; design, business operations, financial management, management and coordination of project team and contractor’s controls and supervision, documentation and data controls & reports, quality measurement & controls, deficiency reporting & resolution, and project closeouts.

Design and project management experience including; •Engineering and architectural design services for renovation, new construction and office fit out.•Detailed design services/specifications and tender packages, ensuring compliance with codes, standards and best practices.•Coordination of construction activities, management of schedules, budgets, contractor controls and supervision, documentation and data controls & reports, quality measurement and controls, deficiency reports, resolution and project closeouts and documentation.•Management and coordination of project team and contractors related to furniture, office content and work station moves and retrofit.•Client relationship management.•Business development.

Responsible for the day-to-day management, operation and administration of the Access Engineering group in eastern Newfoundland.
