His steadfast dedication lies in nurturing enduring relationships, always prioritizing the best interests of his clients, and tailoring comprehensive strategies to pursue their aspirations effectively.Originally from Kansas and a self-proclaimed Army brat, Randy embarked on a diverse journey that took him across the globe before entering the financial services business. He served in the U.S. Army as a pilot, navigating UH-1H Huey helicopters and Beechcraft King Air 200 Twin Engine Turboprop airplanes. He served in Fort Riley, Kansas; Stuttgart, Germany; Seoul, South Korea; and at Hunter Army Airfield in Savanah, Georgia.Randy began his financial services career at VALIC, a division of AIG in southwest Georgia, and worked for 19 years at Morgan Stanley in Hanover, New Hampshire. While at Morgan Stanley, he worked diligently to earn designations that include being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Certified Retirement Plans Specialist™ (CRPS™), specializing in designing and managing both corporate and nonprofit retirement plans.With his partner Eric Werner, Randy was recruited to Raymond James to open the Hanover, NH office. This transition stemmed from the realization that Raymond James prioritizes its clients’ and advisors’ needs, and offers quality wealth management resources in a preeminent corporate culture.Randy attended Purdue University and earned an MS in Business Administration at Georgia Southwestern State University. A resident of Hartford, Vermont, Randy lives as an empty nester with his wife, Colleen, whom he met while they were both serving in the Army in South Korea. They have four children and a grandson who have all effectively launched out of the house into the workforce.His love for aviation continues as a hobbyist, where he currently enjoys flying a Cessna 172 single-engine airplane over the mountains of Vermont and New Hampshire
