Experience and BackgroundAs a financial advisor at Edward Jones, I bring experience from both sides of the desk. In 1995, I became a client, and in 2013, launched my career as a financial advisor. I know how important it is to invest my time to understand what your goals are before you invest your money, can provide a strategy to reach those goals, helping provide financial security for you and your family.Prior to Edward Jones, I worked in the agricultural industry for more than 20 years; most of that time was spent as a customer service director. What attracted me to Edward Jones was the wide variety of services the company has to offer. Now as a financial advisor, this allows me to tailor solutions for each individual.Along with my branch office administrator, Shari, our daily focus is working with clients who are planning for retirement and targeting other financial goals. We also monitor your progress, help making sure you stay on track to reaching your goals.We opened our current office location in 2017.I grew up on a dairy farm in Ottertail county, and currently reside there. My wife, Charlene, and I were married in 1995 and have three children. My interests include agriculture, gardening and many outdoor activities. I am active in the Alexandria High School FAN Coaching program, which is a community involvement program for freshmen students.
