Contacted general contractor who possessed client with building/renovation needs. Enabled clients to entertain bid proposal. Downloaded documents and prints, printing out on special large-sheet printer. Examined documents in great detail. Constructed list of materials and equipment needed. Sent out for pricing to suppliers/rental stores. Determined amount of labor needed to complete task as well as amount of overhead and related cost. Pulled information together and constructed proposal to present to general contractor.Negotiated with general contractor upon budgeting of proposal. Read and signed contract. Contacted suppliers and ordered materials. Scheduled deliveries. Set up inspection times, determined amount of labor and mechanics to place on each task, as well as prepared and informed workers about project. Followed and documented progress as well as tracked cost, materials, and equipment. Billed, collected, and wrote change orders. Closed out job with inspection.

Kept inventory, purchased and restocked yard, provided cost estimates, as well as oversaw general management of store. Learned an extensive amount about business and how to manage store and schedule.
