Started industrial maintenance in 1976 with a corrugated manufacture. Next job, Extruded plastics manufacture that had automated production machines and printing equipment.• 1983-1993 I worked for Automated Conveyor Manufacture which I traveled as a crew member ( for one year then was advanced to a Crew leader ) installing Automated conveyor systems.Preformed service calls on systems, troubleshooting electro mechanical problems. Modifying changes to PLC programs, adjust controls, mechanical problems, what ever it took.1993 I subcontracted to Automated Conveyor Company for one year after which branching out on my own, Quoting, Installing, designing, fabricating our own conveyors and systems. Scope of my abilities:I am able to work with customers, managers, supervision and personnel scheduling to optimize and the best out come for everyone. Lead and coordinates activities with assigned crew to meet project objectives and deadlines.Able to schedule, organize, manage and work with employees to meet deadlines. I'm very organized in many aspects from scheduling, maintaining accurate project documentation, quotes, performance reviews, inventory of supplies and parts, tools, equipment, road crew personal, scheduling travel arrangements for myself and personal, maintain job site gang box tools, installation inventory needed required to complete week-end installations and complete our target dead lines.Knowledge of running/bending conduit, figuring wire pulls, NEC codes, construction wiring, control panel fabricating, create electrical logic, 480 volt-3 phase power, lower voltage instrumentation, start up/trouble shooting equipment, AC/DC motors, PLC's VFD Drives, hydraulics, relay logic, ladder logic, start-up and de bug PLC programs. PLC Experience: Allen Bradley PLC 2, 5, SLC 500, AB Micro, TI, GE, Ohmron, Automation Direct PLC’s I’m a self starter and able to solve about any problem given to me and have always interested in learning more !
