I offer 17+ years of hotel GM experience, including focused and full service properties.Prior to the GM assignments, I've opened 5 Starwood properties (as a 'New Builds & Acquisitions Project Manager)'). My operational background offers significant experience in housekeeping, front office, f&b, and sales.I'm well versed in the systems of Marriott (including Lightspeed PMS, GXP, etc.), and have similar exposure to Hilton and IHG systems.I've worked in 6 unionized properties, as well as non-union, and negotiated labor contracts with Unite Here (hotel workers) and Local 39 (stationery engineers) unions.My passions and expertise include GSS enhancement, operational streamlining, employee/staff relations, and profitability improvements.
