and worked in the Muslim sector of Mostar in the only Bible School in Bosnia. Introduced print on demand technology to reach small language groups with much needed material. Served in a number of capacities while there; preaching and teaching along with humanitarian support, helping with and coordinating the final construction of the school and providing some counsel to various members of the church. I also served as a board member and counsel to the pastor of the church. While in Bosnia I preached in the various churches in that country and was very well received.

Developed a worldwide team of editors, layout artists, and supporting staff that collaborates over the Internet to build publishing capacity in small language groups and facilitates publication of life-critical materials. Supervises and manages team members across the United States. Provides publishing for NGOs, ministries and other organizations and authors which creates opportunities to work around the globe - most recently in Peru, Bosnia, and Kenya. Conducted training and networked with leaders from 16 African nations representing over 20 language groups and many ministries. Conducts training for localization of published materials into various languages and produces books in a vast number of different languages.

Established, organized, sourced, and directed day to day operations of an international publishing company. Helped over 40 authors bring books to print in a variety of languages and in diverse cultural contexts. Traveled to several countries and trained small language groups to use technology such as Shellbook publishing software and Digital on Demand printing and publishing. Through these efforts brought new material into several languages.

Responsible for providing automation support for 12 regional judicial officers. Installed a network connecting the Buffalo District office to the rest of the Federal Judiciary. Served on the National Office Automation Committee which determined the direction of the automation effort of the court system. Traveled extensively and trained people in office automation. Planned and implemented a variety of automation projects.
