~ Layoff due to Redfin's closure of iBuyer subsidiary RedfinNow ~ My work led to 35 profitable acquisitions and dispositions for the portfolio as well as 62 referrals to our residential brokerage arm. In less than 10 months with Redfin's iBuyer group, I analyzed and evaluated the properties of nearly 2,000 prospective home sellers, consistently beating monthly and quarterly KPIs. By using various in-house and 3rd party software and tools, I determined necessary renovation scopes and associated budgets as well as likely turn-times, and calculated the likely After-Repair-Value of the homes given recent comparable sales, current market trends, and neighborhood nuances. After considering this information and any/all potential risk factors coupled with RedfinNow's requisite margin/s for the area portfolio, a purchase/offer amount was then presented to the seller.

As the front line of Redfin's industry-leading real estate brokerage website and App, I addressed all inquiries submitted (via phone, text, email, or web chat) by users and prospective or current buyers and sellers. By answering those initial questions and educating the client about a particular home or overall neighborhood, local market conditions, and the many benefits of using Redfin for their real estate needs, I introduced an average of 720 prospects annually to the appropriate Redfin Buyer's Agent and/or Listing Specialist, thereby increasing the client base for our brokerage business. Used proactive sales methods to convert users/prospects into Redfin clients.Maintained in-depth knowledge of real estate trends and metrics at the neighborhood, city/suburban, and metropolitan levels.

As an Associate Agent, I assisted the Northside team to ensure clients were always well taken care of. I lead and/or attended home tours, open house events, inspections, and closings with customers. I stayed current with market trends and changes in city neighborhoods, as well as shifts at the macro level (interest rates, housing starts, employment numbers, etc). Being able to answer general questions about anything and everything related to buying or selling a home was paramount to maintaining relationships and helping keep the client involved with Redfin.

CEF, dba Bucktown Crossfit/Chicago Barbell Club, a veterans-owned gym began in an old warehouse in 2011 and quickly grew in popularity, size, and professionalism. A typical 1 hour class included 7-10mins of mobility and dynamic warm-up, one or two strength pieces (based on monthly/weekly templates), and a Crossfit “finisher” of 6-20mins.Led structured classes in fundamentals of gymnastics, weightlifting, and various conditioning methods. Constantly analyzed clients' movement patterns, exercise form, and overall technique each class. Addressed any deviations or weaknesses to ensure continued progress.Kept abreast of fitness trends and relevant research via industry publications, websites, continuing education seminars and classes. Used this expanding knowledge base to improve client outcomes.

The FX desk at RJO was a new venture created in order to capitalize on hedging, corporate conversion, and speculative opportunities available through the company's sizable client base and introducing broker network.Operations team:Worked with the team to create and implement all operational and trade desk policies and procedures before "live" trading began. Using FSS Spectrum, exhaustively tested and mapped trades (spot, forward, NDF, swap) through our many liquidity providers and electronic platforms. Continually updated all necessary parameters as system "bugs" were discovered and new LPs or trading clients were on-boarded.
