Trextel LLC contracted me to AT&T to augment AT&T’s Network Integration Engagement Management staff. Unlike my previous role as an Engagement Manager (see below), however, I specialized in AT&T's Hosted Voice Solutions product, instead of engaging in a variety of project types.As a Hosted Voice Solutions (HVS) Specialist, my job was to customize solutions, contracts, and financials for Account Teams and their customers who desire to move from traditional PBX, Centrex, Unified Communications, or even other cloud-based voice platforms, to AT&T’s HVS service. My day-to-day objectives were to provide high-quality deliverables and stellar customer service to AT&T and end-user customers. In addition, my longer-term goal was to help in refining the processes involved in both pre-and post-sale delivery of the product.

As a Design Engineer for Byers Engineering, I utilized CAD software and specific Bell-developed processes to design outside plant (layer 1) for AT&T in northwest Louisiana. AT&T purchased and merged with BellSouth, at which time I was recruited into a different division within AT&T.My job involved:-The engagement of internal and 3rd party resources required to conceptualize, design, and deploy customer solutions, such as Telepresence and Video Conferencing, IP Telephony, data networking, and network management. -The development of project-specific pricing/margins that support the company's (AT&T Application Services) profitability requirements.-The construction of project-specific contractual agreements between customers and AT&T Application Services.-The general oversight of projects after contract execution.

-Engaged in Consultative and criteria-based selling of voice and data communications products/services to established base of Large Business customers.-Provided sales and technical support to account managers for equipment and IP networking solutions.
