Throughout my career, I have held key roles in prestigious institutions, where I have successfully orchestrated comprehensive safety strategies to ensure regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and crisis intervention. As a Chief of Public Safety at Chapman University, I led initiatives that fostered a secure environment for all stakeholders. My tenure was marked by the development of agile emergency protocols and collaborative partnerships with government agencies and law enforcement bodies, ultimately enhancingcampus-community relations and promoting safety for all. In addition to my operational roles, I have also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Crime Survivors, where I drove impactful advocacy efforts for crime victims and ensured compliance excellence within the organization. Leveraging my expertise in non-profit governance and program evaluation, I guided board initiatives and developed tailored strategies to optimize organizational safety and risk management. I am deeply passionate about fostering a culture of safety and security and am committed to driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of my work.I have had the honor to present at national and international conferences in China, U.K., Belgium, Canada, and accross the U.S. for many groups including, University Risk Managers, National School Safety Council, IACLEA, and Campus Safety Magazine.
