LEADERSHIP and MANAGEMENT.- Assistant Command and Control (C2)/Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Department Head (College Dean) and Senior Advanced Mission Commander instructor at Naval Aviation’s Center of Excellence for training and tactics development, formerly known as the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center (NSAWC). Led 17 US Navy, US Air Force, and British officers and one civilian administering E-2 “Hawkeye” and EP-3 “Aires” Weapons Schools that produced over 60 tactical experts for the Fleet. These schools created Weapons and Tactics Instructors (WTI), trusted to be the Subject Matter Experts responsible for the training and development of the operational and deployable Naval Units.- Managed an annual travel and supply budget of $660K to ensure Carrier Air Wing Command and Control (C2) instructors that trained 10 Carrier Air Wings for combat deployments during a rigorous, month long training and course of instruction that included continual tactical flight operations.- Oversaw the maintenance and upkeep of a $100M flying asset to develop Tactics, Techiques, and Procedures for the tactical employment of the E-2 Hawkeye.STRATEGIC THINKER.- Chairman of the Hawkeye Tactical Analysis Team (HETAT) that required Top Secret Clearance for gap analysis and future capability development. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT.- Hand-Selected to lead and manage the bi-coastal E-2D “Advanced Hawkeye” aircraft Fleet Introduction Team, a chartered team of over 90 personnel tasked to develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan for the $17B Department of Defense (DOD) major acquisition E-2D “Advanced Hawkeye” aircraft program (Acquistion Category 1D).- Coordinated closely with PMA-231 (E-2/C-2 Program Office) and the developmental and operational flight test squadrons to manage what capabilities and their respective requirements would make it to the Fleet for Initial Operational Capability.- Oversaw the doctrine, organization, training, material, logistics, personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF) requirements to include a $45M military construction effort in Norfolk, VA and Point Mugu, CA.- Tracked and managed the development and logistics and security requirements for three training systems (simulators).- Worked closely with the Bureau of Personnel to plan and forecast the quantity and training transition of aircrew and maintenance personnel from the E-2C to the E-2D aircraft.Ensured this DOD Acquisition Program of Record was on schedule and within budget, on course for operational use and deployment.

SENIOR TOMAHAWK LAND ATTACK MISSILE (TLAM) MISSION PLANNER AND WEAPONEER.- Led and trained a strike cell of 15 military and civilian personnel to integrate and prepare Carrier Strike Groups for combat action as directed by the National Command Authority (President of the United States).- Conducted training for all TLAM carriers that entered and may be asked to employ once they’ve entered the theater.- Planned, validated, and archived thousands of TLAM missions for CENTCOM and PACIFIC theaters.
