Determine objectives, strategies and resource allocation to deliver against commercial objectives. Driving integrated marketing executions across channels (advertising, retail, CRM, events and integrated communications) to align content and programs with consumer needs and interests. Ensure innovative, creative decision making supported by research and analytics. Titles include: Madden NFL Football, NCAA Football, FIFA Soccer, NHL, UFC and PGA TOUR Golf.

Global marketing leader for EA SPORTS NCAA Football 12,13, 14; Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 10; EA SPORTS MMA and NASCAR 08 & 09. Responsible for product development and integrated campaign planning for iterative sports titles. Led a cross-functional team of marketing and development partners in crafting marketing and communications plans that resonated with players and delivering on commercial objectives. Also responsible for managing licensor and partner relationships.

Responsible for the marketing planning and strategy for 64 Hard Rock Cafe locations in North America and Europe. Partnered with local sales and marketing managers to create a marketing strategy, budget and media plan that leveraged the strengths of their market. Key contact for 58 international franchise cafes for developing marketing plans and ensuring compliance in marketing materials. Also responsible for managing corporate partnerships with FOX Sports, EA Games, Pepsi and United Airlines.

Responsible for the strategic planning, ticket pricing, financial tracking, creative approval and data analysis Universal Studios and events such as Halloween Horror Nights, Rock the Universe, Mardi Gras and on-site television productions. Also responsible for managing and leveraging the Universal Studios Florida brand in advertising, promotions and partner communications to drive ticket sales year-round.Responsible for overall project planning, budget tracking, cross functional team leadership and partner relationship management for on-site events and marketing programs. Events and programs include: Domestic and International Attraction Grand Openings (i.e. Universal Studios Japan and Island of Adventure), Property Wide Events (i.e. Halloween Horror Nights and Rock the Universe).

Responsible for assisting the Special Event Development team with research for future event ideation and execution of events across the Disney property. Major events included Downtown Disney West Side opening, Disney’s Animal Kingdom opening and Disney Cruise Line launch.
