Bush Administration as the Global Entrepreneurship Program and continued under the Obama Administration.• Leveraged $1.3M in private sector funding into $2.26M in two years via domestic and foreign partner matching funds by executing forums/exchanges that influenced 6,250 foreign national entrepreneurs and policy makers in 17 countries, 27 cities.• Elected first American to chair OECD’s Working Party on Small Business and Entrepreneurship by 30 global peers.• Designed and implemented first PPP w/Kauffman Foundation for international entrepreneurship resulting in bilateral entrepreneurship symposia and resources valued at $500K.
