As the Head of Engineering at Kingsmen Software, I lead a team of talented developers who create efficient and innovative business solutions for our clients. I have over 20 years of industry experience in the Microsoft stack, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

As Principal Engineer, I work closely with our clients through modeling and discovery activities as well as participating in prioritization discussions. I act as a lead to the development team providing mentoring and architectural guidance. Lastly, I am contributing member to the team's velocity as a hands-on developer.

Primary responsibility is overseeing and prioritizing development tasks for a group of 5 developers. Daily duties include software development, gathering requirements, and implementation and testing of divisional software requests. * Designed and developed web based ad-hoc reporting tool for department managers and above to query sales and performance data from billing system.
