I was contracted by a company called Pinnacle Public Communications out of Boise, Idaho. I took care of all their payphones and air-machines they had at all the Maverik Country Stores. With the payphone business going down hill, I decided to expand my own business by moving to air-machines as well. I started talking to owners of gas stations and found there was a very big need for them. Actually a lot of the owners didn't want to deal with all the problems that come with owning air-machines. They'd rather turn those problems over to someone else. As of August, 2016 I own 63 Air-Machines and still left with 15 payphones throughout the State of Utah.

Contracted out services to Maintain and Service Pay Phones, Prison Phones and Air Machines for other businesses. The aforementioned companies contracted with are as follows; Pinnacle Public, Mr. Communications, Synergy, Comtrust and Telemate Services. Services provided include; repairing any and all machines, rebuilding motors, installing all new equipment as well as collecting the money and providing monthly statements.

Installed, programmed, owned and operated 500 Payphones in Utah, Wyoming and Idaho. Had several contracts taking care of 250 Payphone for other companies. Daily details included meeting and talking with all Customers/Business Owners, overseeing all installations, collections and preparing monthly commissions. Company was sold near the end of 2000.

Moved in 1982 to California to accept a job with Fujitsu Communications, was trained on programming and troubleshooting their large PBX Systems. My specific division of Fujitsu Communications specialized in and manufactured PBX systems (large phone systems) for companies.

Hired right out of College by the President of Zions Bank to take over the contract Zions Bank had with IBM. Serviced all the banking terminals at every branch. Years later, was put in charge of over-seeing the installations of each ATM. Job entailed working closely with the Contractors installing the ATM’s and Qwest’s installation of land lines as well as installing the control boards and modems needed for ATM’s to communicate with our main computers.
