During my tenure the Internet Engineering team has been almost solely responsible for millions of dollars of revenue generation and customer retention opportunities at NCC. • As part of an acquisition, led the design and development of a SAML single sign-on integration of National City’s retained corporate web applications with the PNC bank corporate portal. • Worked with business leaders to design the next generation of online banking for NCC using technologies such as C#, .Net, Visual Studio Team Foundation Server, AJAX, SQL Server and Oracle. • Redfined how the Internet team delivers software by incorporating agile development practices, test driven development, automated unit and functional testing, and continuous integration.

Application Integration Lead Architect (Oct 1998-Sept 2001) – Responsible for making enterprise wide application integration recommendations that addressed business needs. • Developed an EAI middleware backbone for the Sherwin-Williams Consumer Division using IBM MQSeries and MQSeries Integrator v2. The solution moved data across multiple order management and MRP systems and required creation of a centralized transaction, error handling, and recycle database with a Java based front-end. • Developed an automated process that allows Sherwin-Williams to perform real-time EDI with a trading partner acting as their own SMTP based VAN. • Led process of selecting an enterprise wide application integration solution. Evaluated products from companies including Vitria, Active Software (webMethods), Tibco, NEON, IBM, and others.

Project lead in the Transportation Division systems department. Supervised up to 6 full-time and contract employees. • Led a project to design and develop a three-tier client-server based freight invoice audit, match payment, and inter-company billing system. This system employed various technologies including the use of an Oracle version 7 database, Oracle SQL*Net and ODBC, C batch processes using custom OCI rules based I/O routines, and Windows Sockets to communicate with a UNIX listener (server) process. • Created a client-server data warehouse of paid shipment information. Collected and reformatted information on an IBM mainframe which was transferred to UNIX and loaded into an Oracle database.
