Manage and lead the account management (Client Services) and performance teams (Google Ads Specialists) within the Premium Services department of Web.com. We deliver direct phone call and/or form leads to a wide range of customers including, but not limited to, attorneys, dentists, contractors, auto repair facilities, and much more. The goal of my team is to ensure we're delivering qualified leads which ultimately turn into paying jobs for our customers. Producing a positive ROI for our customers is our #1 goal. - Responsible for account/product performance and customer satisfaction. Roughly $55M in annual revenue between the various products my team manages- Identify, research, and report to executive leadership on current and new online marketing methodology for SEO, SEM, and social media- Oversee the hiring, training, and professional development of account managers and performance analysts- Work closely with various roles/departments within the company ensuring our systems are functioning correctly and product is being fulfilled as promised.
