• Confirm scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals of the Service Group in collaboration with Technical Service Man., sr. management and stakeholders. • Effectively communicate service expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.• Plan, schedule and track service requirements, timelines and problems using appropriate tools.• Determine the frequency and content of financial, statistical and status reports from the service group, analyzing results, and troubleshooting problem areas.• Develop best practices, standards and tools for efficient service execution and management.• Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.• Determine and assess need for additional staff • Analyze, schedule and balance the input and output requirements of service with continued support to all departments.• Monitor and maintain hrs and charges for effective cost control.• Control, tracking and approval of all information on call sheets, FSO, work orders, inventory transactions, expenses, timesheets and invoices.• Direct and manage service department in conjunction with the Technical Service Man.• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the service team.• Develop and deliver status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.• Develop, promote and mentor in all areas of required and established training.• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success the service department.• Manage personnel with balance following HR. guidelines and policies. • Support and implement Safety programs and processes to support the business initiatives. Actively participates in all areas of safety; inspections, training and development of Hazard Assessments required within the Service.• Support required processes for a ‘Fit for Purpose” ISO 9001:2000 QMP.

• Participate in developments at the base in various fields.• Assist in financial budgeting and cost controls.• Assist in planning for personnel and equipment requirements at the base level.• Maintain quality control and safety standards.• Supervise and help train staff.• Maintain a high level of safety within the base.• Review of Job documentation before final release to Head Office.• Ensure employees under my direction understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.• Ensure operations conform to quality standards set out by company.• Ensure employees have the resources for safe working conditions.• Ensure days off and holidays are accounted for and recorded.• Ensure disciplinary action is taken for tasks that are not acceptable to company policies and procedures.• Recruit, evaluate and de-hiring of employees.• Ensure customers internal and external are handled with integrity by all personnel.• Cooperate with all base operations to ensure work is being completed for the company.• Assist in taking Fracturing/Cement calls to ensure personnel requirements in the field are met.• Select, train and supervision of staff.• Ensure the Human Resources Development program is complied with.• Ensure communication between all department are adhered to.• Ensure the Mission Statement is adhered to within base operations.
